It’s pearls all the way down.
I’m disappointed that there isn’t another pearl coming out of that pearl
Baby war, eh. Human nature on the internet of blowing stuff out of proportion and riding that on down to butthurt town.
Goodness. I’ve only skimmed the link and now I feel bad for those dragged into this whole debacle.
Here’s a post that explains it in detail
I think it started ever since Calpain tried launching the sister site to Equestria Daily for Steven Universe, only to be met with tons of hate.
No idea when it started. All I know is that Tumblr’s alive with it now, so I’ve been avoiding it.
Wait so people are fighting over SU and MLP? When did this happen?
…does this include Steven Magnet…?
Well, duh.
Because the idea of “winning” this is exactly as dumbfounding as the idea of the argument itself. Seriously, who wins a debate about who is and isn’t allowed to be a fan of something? Nobody.
“Sweet, we won! Now that that’s settled, you guys over there, stop liking this right now. We won, so you’re not allowed to like this. Those are the rules that we made up when we claimed that we won, so arbitrarily obey them or else face the nonexistent consequences.”
I can’t only mock the SU fandom on this, both sides are equally retarded. Regardless of whomever actually started it, they’re both still bickering about it like children and thus both to blame.
SU isnt gonna win
SU isnt gonna win
Two teams of possessive idiots trying to “claim” a fandom, basically. It’s exactly as ludicrous as it sounds.
Thanks!
A small but vocal clique of narrow-minded reactionaries on one side, and a small but dedicated clique of troublemakers on the other side.
The graceful dancer, the awesome badass, and the fun wild-child.
I don’t blame you.
I liked Garnet at first, but now I’m slowly shifting to Amethyst.
