Sombra as Chernabog, since neither of them had a speaking role (hissing “cryssssstalsssss!” doesn’t really count) and both of them had slaves they treated as playthings.

I was actually thinking Tirek = Chernabog, then maybe Sombra = Shan Yu.
I do agree though, either of them could fit the role.
