When an e is at the end of a word in English, the preceding vowel is pronounced long. So meme, lame, time, etc
(Also I plan on changing my OC into a pegasus instead of a winged unicorn.)
As a disclaimer let me first mention that I’m not particularly internet-savvy. Also non-native English speaker. That might have something to do with it too.
I pronounced it as meh-meh when I first learned of it’s existence, lacking any sort of pronunciation guide. Then my younger brothers, who are more in tune with today’s internet and therefore more internet-savvy than me, told me it’s supposed to be pronounced meem. I’m still calling it meh-meh ‘cause if they wanted it pronounced meem they should’ve spelled it like that.

The internet is freaking out over the fact that people are seeing different colours unintentionally.
Imagine looking at a burning ball in space. Some may say it’s a burning planet. Others may say it’s a star.
Then, everyone freaks out.
One of the few internet things I’ve gotten used to: people make a huge thing out of something small.
The internet is freaking out over the color of an ugly dress? Really?
It’s not the color balance of the image, it’s something to do with the way our eyes see color in different light. The reason the dress looks different colors has to do with the bright light. If you look at something dark and then look at the dress, it looks black and blue. If you look at something bright and then look at the dress, it’s white and gold. It’s a bit difficult because of the bright white background on this website.
It’s best you don’t at this point
