Kind of impractical, when a Pegasus wants to get from point A to point B and maybe on to point C, shoes with wheels on their hind hooves is not their desired or preferred mode of transport. It actually seems quite dangerous if they were not used to standing up on their hind legs. Not to mention that it would be considerably slower than flying. Also she does not have the proper protection needed for such an endeavor. No matter how unbelievably cute and sexy they look on her.
