Nah, she’ll wake up and say “Oh Screw It! Spike, Kiss Me!” Then certain bits will grow looooonger and end with Spike and rarity getting married (‘cause realistically, spike’s gotta be twenty-somthin’), having kids, the kids get old, andthey get old. and when Rarity’s near death, spike finds a gem that can encase Rarity’s soul to his, and that lasts untill twilight dies, Celestia dies, Luna,and cadence too. Leaving spike as the new dragon king of All pony lands! He’ll also start resembleing Godzilla as he gets older. And his kids will be killed by darth sidious, causing certain godzilla qualities to appear, and destroy the galactic empire, and all others who threaten the very planet that spike rules!

Eh, depends on the number & lip-looseness of witnesses. Which pretty much means the core crew save perhaps Fluttershy will be insufferable.

Enjoy it while it lasts, Spike, because there’ll be a lot of embarrassment when she wakes up.

From the thumbnail I thought the fantasy was Rarity wrapped in giant Spike’s tongue.
