She was cured at the end of The Cutie Pox.
The issue with Apple Bloom was that what she had was a disease, and kept getting random different Cutie Marks. This power is more of the same Cutie Mark, not the same at all.
Also, something that seems to have been forgotten about that episode is that; Twilight actually states in the episode that having multiple different cutie marks is possible just extremely uncommon.

This one seems plain compared to the previous themes. They didn’t even bother altering their manes in this one. Also the cutie mark on faces is heavily reminiscent of the initial EqG ads we’ve seen for the first movie. I hope it’s a little different in the actual show.
The theme for Season 5 is “Cutie Mark Magic”, like “Rainbow Power” was for Season 4.
The 100th episode is happening in Season 5, which is a new thing for MLP. There has never been 100 episodes of any MLP cartoons.
Oh, I know that there’ll be people saying, after the 100th episode airs, “But I thought they said it’d be about Cutie Mark Magic, not about background/secondary/fan-favorite ponies!”; if I can stop just a few people from panicking here, though, it’ll be worthwhile.
