I think that was an IDW comic, and “accord” as he called himself wasn’t an embodiment of harmony, but of order

History changes with time.  
Countries and high political powers change it to suit their needs.
 
Remember, in the Old Testament, God called religious people whores?
 
religious men that persecuted and killed “the son of a living god” which even PILATE was convinced, just because he was different and he didn’t support their political bias.
 
Everything history has changed can not be undone.  
So the true knowledge of Jesus/Joshua is lost forever.
 
And now the church is living proof that man is corrupt.  
They do things “in the name of Jesus”. But they reject anything that doesn’t support their needs.
 
The church all together has enough money to wash, clothe, feed every human being on the planet 3 times.
 
Yet, they keep that money for themselves. So who’s the infection? Is it paganism? Nah.  
Is it the church? Close I suppose?  
In my opinion, the infection is the notion of “religion” in general.  
Joshua/Jesus said “it is finished”. So I’m just sorta done with worrying about going to church and shit. ^^

Crawling down people’s throats to antagonize them got me bitten back when I was some crazy ignorant person on Xbox Live, and reading dumb-as-hell Youtube comments in 2009 was painful. There’s no need for me to continue it.
 
As for the serious note, I used to be a lot sillier as a kid but I stopped because I misunderstood when I got yelled at enough for not being serious in photographs when it was called for (And I just figured that out consciously last night.) Now, though, I’m wondering what it would be like to loosen up a bit.

Jesus has had an interesting history. In His name, people have committed murder and genocide, but those of man who actually listened to his teachings get a better idea of how to be a better person and spread love and peace to others. Which is ironic because hippies like peace, but Republicans in America do not. XD

Hebrew was the language of Scripture (the Torah/Old Testament); general consensus is that the original texts of the New Testament were written in Koine Greek and translated/mistranslated from there.
 
“Jesus” pronounced as “hay-SOOS” is the Hispanization of “Jesus”, which is the Anglicization of “IESUS”, which is the Latinization of “Ihsous” ( Ἰησοῦς ), which is the Grecianization of the Hebrew “Yeshua” ( ישוע ). I think His mom probably just called Him “Hey You”.

Actually, According to what I’ve read the name “Jesus” is just a translation taken from the Greek translation of the Hebrew name; The letter “J” wasn’t used here on earth even 700 years ago, let alone circa 0-100 A.D. The Greeks used the name “Iesus” because the Hebrew name ended with something resembling “A” and as female names for Greeks ended in A they changed it to an “S”. The real Hebrew name is closer to “Yashua” or “Yeshua”, and the English translations of that are “Joshua”.
 
Now, given that we have the Greek translations of the “New Testament” Section but not the Hebrew (to my knowledge; if I’m wrong someone correct me) do you suppose that maybe the Greeks sprinkled in their own bias a bit? There’s a Hebrew to English translation of the “Old Testament” here at the link below and it’s far more literal than other versions I’ve read. “And he-is-becoming” is near the start of Genesis.

I have wondered how misunderstood “The Second Coming” is and if a lot of people thought they were looking for Christ’s second coming but missed the point entirely.

Looks like the christians can stop praying for the end times, it already happened.

That’s not exactly light though, or is it? It sounds like forced reformation which if my understanding is right, is not free. So I don’t count that, it’s like the upcoming Season 5 episode which I’ve seen clips of where all the Ponies in a town have forced painted on smiles. This also reminds me of an episode of the original Star Trek series where a whole planet of people were forced to be nice under rule of a computer.

Needless to say, too much harmony turned every pony into a permanently-smiling zombie. And there was no way to turn Discord back to normal.

I think we’re screwed; we need darkness to balance out the light. Too much light can REALLY screw things up.

That’s not quite what I head in mind:
 
Devil = Opposite of life and quite frankly is a lie and denial.  
Satan = Just a word which means “Accuser” or “Adversary” which explains the “Get behind me, you Satan” verse; It’s “Get behind me, you adversary”.
 
So, God of the dead = doesn’t exactly have anything but would steal, lie, cheat, murder, etc all out of hate. I don’t know much of Hades unless watching that 1990s movie “Hercules” counts. I was thinking of “God of the dead” per the verse where Christ talks of his father saying “He is a god of the living, not of the dead.” So, I wondered what “God of the dead” would be. Also it’s more as “God of the dead” = darkness (Anyone walking through it can’t see where he walks. Except, that darkness doesn’t allow smell or touch either… Does it?) and “God of the life” = at least 1 little bit of light (And so, people can see where they go.)

You’re thinking of Hades from Greek Mythology. In Christian beliefs, Satan is a fallen angel, not a god. He does not rule over hell - he is just another damned soul cast into the lake of fire.

That’s the point though, isn’t it? Devil = God of the dead, isn’t it? Whereas Christ’s Father is God of the Living.
 
And I’ve had so many nightmares showing “God of the Dead” or rather, the results: Zombies and people turning into dead wood statues. All crazy.

Nah, (following the Gospel narrative) His literal human corpse was in the tomb until angels rolled the stone away; the phrase “Doubting Thomas” alludes to the disciple Thomas refusing to believe that the guy later claiming to be the Risen Christ was the real deal until He showed Thomas the holes in His hands/wrists from the crucifixion. Early Christianity developed from a particular apocalyptic Jewish sect that was really into the idea of a literal resurrection of the body after Judgement.

His mortal coil probably. God died once, too, then His body came back to life three days later. (I barely remember, but I think His body went to Heaven which I’ve always found ambiguous because bodies are usually left on Earth, but I suppose He wasn’t really related to Mary to begin with, so His body wasn’t really human.)

Wait, he was dead all this time?!
