That’s a very good headcanon.  
Though, rather than lying about her cutie mark, I think she’d probably just paint over it with a fake one, like Starlight did in The Cutie Map.

Well she certainly wouldn’t wear her work cloths to the party. And it’s a good bet that most ponies can’t recognize Harshwhinny without her suit and professional tone.
 
Of course, no pony must ever know the truth.

I would slightly disagree that she would be like Morgan Proctor (Futurama bureaucrat lady with a dirt/filth fetish), though I do agree to the possibility of the phrase “Dirty dirty monkey” may be used between her and anon.
 
Morgan Proctor was someone who was part of a world where everyone was mostly clean, making Fry one of the odd people she has met. Harshwhinny here lives in a world of ponies who love to play. Dirt and a mess isn’t quite as rare as it would be in Futurama.
 
However, it is quite possible that Harshwhinny had a hard time getting to the job she now has, which now gives her a feel of authority. And with that authority, she expects herself to be as serious and “professional” as her job requires, as well as all ponies who work with her. She may feel that if any pony witnesses her acting quite ‘unprofessional’ will no longer respect her as a whole or her job. So she has been bottling up anything feeling she sees as being ‘unprofessional’, having it open up only to someone she feels close to that she believes could let her do whatever she wants in private without looking down on her.
 
 
So I do not think she get turned on by seeing a room in a mess. But I do believe she would be greatly turned on in making a big mess in private.
