Actually, given that there’s magic spells in Equestria that can be used to alter memories and other mental characteristics, my headcanon is that while the physical harm can’t be undone, a very skilled unicorn trauma/grief counselor actually can remove the memories like a tumor and smooth over the gaps left behind, as well as helping rebalance the patient’s emotional well-being. This would mean that, mentally at least, they could, in fact, unrape you.
