Yellow has a couple of themes. As well as teamwork, it also goes in for resource destruction, and bouncing.  
However, Yellow has had a few cards which are devoted to messing with your opponent plain and simple. Fluttergui and Mr Breezy both get rid of action tokens, thus limiting their actions. This card does so in a different way.
