Well, sure. Both are leaders, one is just a lot less lame than the other.
I must say though, she doesn’t fool me for a second. She still stinks as a leader.
She hadn’t considered the lead flyer position as “one who inspires others and encourages them to achieve” type leader, merely as “the person who is at the front and chooses where the flying heads towards” literal leading-leader.
Not sure what you mean.
Except when you’re talking about literally being at the front of a line and deciding where that line goes type of leading. As depicted in the image.
To “badger subordinates into obedience” does, as a matter of fact, still count as making them want to do something. It’s not GOOD leadership, but both methods are compelling. If you’re getting someone else from point A to point B in some manner, you’re leading them, regardless of whether it’s by encouragement, intimidation, or whatever. Shoddy wording.
What? No it isn’t. It’s meaningful to note that one of the secrets to effective leadership is to convince those you lead to want to participate of their own volition. Anyone can badger subordinates into obedience.
That is literally what leadership is. Talk about your meaningless distinctions.
Oh, silly me.
I think you just misread the panel. It’s Spitfire saying that she originally didn’t want to be Captain, not Rainbow Dash.
