Theres also a thing about how tumblr is treating images now, theyre a little blurry at times, but you can click on the illustrations for a better view. Im still deciding on a standard image size to use.

The irony being, of course, that they haven’t really interacted in the show since “The Crystal Empire”. I’m not a big fan of either character, but I’d like to see an episode where they play a significant role, enough that their relationship gets fleshed out a little more. (Maybe babysitting the CMC while the others do something else in the Crystal Empire?)

They’re cute. Everyone thinks a relationship needs angst or conflict or uncertainty or obstacles to be interesting, but I actually think it’s downright refreshing when a story has two characters in a relationship as simply part of their characters. Too many stories treat relationships as some kind of prize to win, a hero’s reward or a tangled knot. Not enough glorify the daily reality of what a supportive, healthy, happy relationship actually entails.
