Rianbow can fight the Emperor’s Royal Guard and then fight the Emperor, only to fall to his Force Lightning; only surviving thanks to Anakin’s sacrifice.

I see Rianbow if she had this moment being sorry for the CIS coz the Republic oppress many members and how the Sith lord, Palpartine, use them to gain power so he can gain his empire. If she got this moment, I see Grievous wishing he’d heed her warnigns the Sith betray and give her leadership of the CIS. And the honourable Rainbow aggress, and beats her chest and does the call. And saves more CIS members (some fall including Nute Gunray coz they ignore her and paid the price for undermining Anakin). Anbd Rainbow can be save Padme and try to save Anakin only for him to be taken to the Empire. And she’d lead the surviving CIS to defy the Empire joing forces with the Rebel Alliance.

What would have happened in Episode III, Rainbow Dash takes over the leadership of the Droid Army and tries to take revenge on Obi-Wan, only for Order 66 to be carried out and she sees Obi-wan blasted by his own forces and thinks he is dead and so continues the battle and somehow with the aid of her friends wins the battle of Utapau and then races to Mustafar with her friends, only to discover the slaughter of the Separatists by Anakin, now Darth Vader. This leads to a big fight between the Ponies and Darth Vader with Rainbow Dash ending up in a battle with Vader and ends up cutting off his limbs and leaving him to burn and leaves just before Padame arrives.
 
With those that survived the attack, Rainbow Dash becomes the leader of the CIS and continues the war against the Empire.
