So, the ponies arrive to earth and kidnapped a human couple, they gave them a baby black pony to care, the woman sang her a song to make her sleep, the pony loved that song.  
some time later, the man studied the unicorns magic and found a way to make humans able to use it, then he and his wife escaped back to the earth.  
Celestia: ok Geige, we need you to go and exterminate the humans!  
Geige: but…but…  
Celestia: DON’T BUT ME! there spell i shut off your emotions, now go i do your mission!  
Geige: yes…  
Geige, the black pony, arrive to earth and caused loads of shit but then the grandson of the couple and his two friends arrive and defeated her…singing the same song the human woman used to sing to her, Geige left earth while saying she will return.  
Much later, shit goes real, Geige destroy her emotions and becames a “almighty idiot” and attacks earth, an evil human kid helped her (better word, controlled her) but then another kid with his three friends defeated her for good…by praying.

I know. But it’s all interpretation, and the creator interpreted it as just that.

^fun fact: that wasn’t a “brutal rape” secene, just your average police movie’s rape scene, still a brutal hit for a small kid from the age before the internet.

So basically, she’s an eldritch abomination that gets brutally raped in a movie theater in another universe and takes it out on ours?
