Agreed. Sonata is a special kind of cute stupid. That is why I like her.
For me it’d depend on the level of stupidity. I can handle Sonata’s brand, but someone like Snips and Snails? Who’d purposely wake up a deadly mythical creature just to see their idol fight it?

To be fair, the Japanese VA is WAY better at invoking the emotion she’s supposed to be feeling. And Naraku himself really does get the whole “wealthy sexual deviant” vibe down pat.

I certainly liked her well enough, but she is one who doesn’t play games. If you asked her to kill you and she saw no reason not to i’m sure she’d do it.
And yet still somehow cooler than any of the main cast. XD
