Eh, People had predicted all the mane six becoming alicorns back in Season 1 and season 2.
It was actually an incredibly common and prevalent theory back then. So bootleggers making a Raricorn is hardly surprising.

Since S3, the idea of the other 5 becoming alicorns has dropped drastically to the point of non-existence as a theory however. (The increasing distancing from the elements of harmony being a major contributer there)

Not bad at all. Assuming it isn’t stuffed with sawdust and glass shards or coated in lead paint (Far too many bootleg items are made of materials of questionable origin) I would buy it. The photo looks cute enough and the novelty of owning an item based off an animation error would make my pony collection unique.
