Well it’s more observation of dialogue than observing the images, in the final scene where the villains are being towed away in the paddy wagon there’s a voice saying that the villains group of villainy is called “alliance”. I looked over the comic a couple a times and found High Heel was the only one that suggested and favored that they call themselves the “alliance of villany” twice.
This is pretty good evidence pointing towards High Heel still alive and well and not some smear on the floor.
