I would tolerate the designs better if they didn’t make the manes and tails huge. In commercials, the Rainbow Power designs looked much better.

How do you not mind the designs, but hate the hair design and the colors…isn’t that all there is to hair?
 
I for one don’t really like any of the rainbow designs (don’t hate either), except for Twi’s, which I actually love. (aside from maybe the leg tattoos)

And it’s a rather nice rainbow power design, not nearly as ‘busy’ as the show designs.

This absolutely. Maybe I should rephrase myself a little. I never really hated the looks like some people did, I just thought they were kinda ‘meh’. Mostly because of I dunno, too much rainbows and just a teensy tiny bit of girly frou frou? xD  
(worst argument to use for a show that uses rainbows as ultimate weapons)
 
But really I’ve warmed up to the idea and I’m not here like your everyday butthurt anon.

I seem to get used to the rainbow power designs. They still don’t look very appealing, but I can look past that. In fact I do like Twi’s and RD’s designs.
