If “Tumblr Admins” and “Understanding” were lines that ever intersected, they would have hired The Xkit Guy ages ago and made him head of Features Development. The site has been run by absolute windowlicking morons pretty much from the start, and now Yahoo is in charge. When your takedown system is generally considered to only have YouTube as competition for utter crapulosity, you have not brought honor to your web design tribe.

From tumblr’s community guidelines page:  
“Harm to Minors. Be thoughtful when posting anything involving a minor. Don’t post or solicit anything relating to minors that is sexually suggestive or violent. Don’t bully minors, even if you are one. Being a teenager is complicated enough without the anxiety, sadness, and isolation caused by bullying.”
 
The possible reading of “releating to minors” including fictional minors is ridiculous given the context of every other part of this.  
Quite simply, tumblr’s moderators do not understand their own rules.

I don’t think it will. The DNP list didn’t specifically mention Ponytails, but it does mention that all paid-for content that isn’t publicly/freely released is DNP, and I didn’t upload anything from the paid version of the pack. So I think it’s good.

That comment may be a good reason, but Pinkie doesn’t look underage in that comic. She has big breasts, at least. And the characters in both human pics look old enough. The Babs Seed one is even tagged as such! All of the other stuff in the pack is non-human, which I think should render the whole “minors” thing moot. Regardless, the link to buy the deluxe version still seems to exist. As does the free version download link, a link that I put in all images I uploaded from the pack. Well, shit. That was my rant for today, if you can call it one.

Tumblr artists need to gather some place else. Or maybe just host it on deviant art, but use your tumblr to link to it. And put up the appropriate disclaimers
