The hierarchy is biased.When the position was open Dash had the good word of Spitfire and Princess Twilight both her friends in high places.Not to mention her element bearer status and her many feats of aerial amazement…meanwhile all the other contender had was a stack of properly filled paperwork and a cold front cutie mark…not like Rainbows super awesome lightningboltcloudcutiemark oh my Cersetis !!!…not that she cant grow into the role.
