True but I think what people are saying is that men as a statistical average have a greater ability to gain muscular strength when compared to the statistical average of a woman. Strength itself is of course relative but strength in the sense that most people use it is comparative.

There is still a vast difference between these numbers that it’s almost impossible. Men just have Physical upper body strength this will never change, but that’s not to say it’s the only type of strength. This picture however is obviously choosing physical, and the way the artist goes about this just makes her seem weak in both body and mind.

Strength is gender neutral and is based on your genetic heritage.  
A family line of strong women and weak men would likely produce stronger women than men.
 
If guys all over the world suddenly chose to only make children with naturally strong women for maybe a few centuries it may be able to change.

At least this is both true and fitting. I mean, we have different strengths, but ultimately strength is a universal trait. Fitting, of course, because Dashie would tell you this herself. Not in the slightest bit as nicely, though, I imagine.
