After being brought back from the moon from her exile Princess Luna finds out that she is terribly alone and she walks out on her balcony to think about a way to find some friends.
Yes! I put this, one or two day before Nightmare Night so after that, she isn’t lonely or sad anymore.
No need to apologize. She probably really was lonely in the first days, until she met Twilight during the Nightmare Night. The early episodes can be watched in almost any order, so it might have happened only a month or two after her return.
I meant it like she didn’t have a friend beside Celestia because it is natural (to me) that Celestia was supporting her all day-all night but you’re right I should have write it differently so sorry about that.
I guess we understand the word “alone” completely differently. If nothing else, Celestia probably spent a month hugging her 24/7.
