Twilight is standing in front of Celestia, who is behind a desk. She’s visibly pregnant, though not heavily so, and one of her wings is laying detached on top of the desk. Twilight is reaching back with her neck and pulling the other one out with her mouth while Celestia watches with a disappointed look on her face, perhaps shaking her head sadly.
 
We’re talking clean detachment here, nothing gory.
