This is Celestia the first time she sees Discord in Season 5. You know, after he betrayed her exceedingly high-risk faith in him and helped Tirek bring ruin to the one thing more valuable to her than her relationship with Luna: her ponies. And then he 180’d on that betrayal and in doing so helped Twilight & Co get super Rainbow Power that was even stronger than him, 4 Alicorns, and the entire Equestrian nation combined, thus rendering her belief in trust being a requisite component of friendship a lie.
 
Also, she’s just had a busy day trying to explain to the Canterlot Court why ponies and voting don’t mix for the thousandth time, and Discord just asked her how life’s been treating her.

“So you found these golden plates that only you can read.” And how much did you want me to invest in your little venture?”
