Just because it’s a .gif file doesn’t mean it has to have more than one frame. “GIF” just means Graphics Interchange Format.
The file says it is a gif, yet it does not move. Why?
That’d be awesome, but I suspect it’d totally blow the budget.

No offense to Eric Idle, but I think that one worked out for the best. Weird Al did great.
