Technically, it’s called a “collage”, just like paluzna said. Informally called a “photoshop”, or just “shop”/“shoop” if you want Internet slang.

Well, maybe not an edit, but what I imagine the progress of this work was: Finding a background, finding all kinds of vectors of ponies, then adding them onto the background. I don’t what to call that really.
