I guess if someone doesn’t have mature enabled, they don’t want to see mature stuff on FA… also, hotlinking is pretty much disabled for FA; and a link to just the picture itself makes no sense, since it’s not the source but a repetition of the same post here.
It doesn’t if you don’t have an FA account and has set your preferences so you can see mature stuff on there. The drawing has a mature rating on there, so a direct link to the image might’ve been preferrable for easier access on here.
The link works perfectly and there’s an artist tag here on derpibooru as well.
