The punishment for captured changelings: force feeding. Unable to fly, easy to capture if they try to escape on foot, and apparently unaffected by the negative effects of such obesity in ponies, they’re able to live freely amongst pony society.
I hear one has even been employed at the grand galloping gala, as a trampoline for the foals!
