I’d say everypony’s eyes returned to normal because Twi’s sacrifice inspired the spark of friendship in them once again. Friendship, as is quite obvious now, powers a type of magic that has no definable beginning, end, or consistent mass. It exists wherever - whenever - true friendship exists, so it can never be completely stolen.

Did you notice how the rest of the mane 6 didn’t have their eyes lose color when triak stole their magic like every other pony? I thought it was amistake until this happened. And then i understood: the reason their eye color didn’t fade was because they still had the magic of the elements.
