His raw power probably isn’t that much more significant than several unicorns, its just extremely effective when used for chaos.
Maybe he’s not all that powerful as people claimed him to be. Discord may be a chaotic spirit, but Tirek is a demon who shows no sympathy or mercy.
I just find it weird that the Mane Five’s magic caused a reasonable growth spurt…but Discord’s chaotic mana only added a few feet.
Oh, yeah, all of that was fake. Tirek was a dragon slayer, and Discord was Grogar’s apprentice.
The implication seems to be that this was a fake memory.
