Not making assumptions, just calculated guesses due to the track record that has been showcased with a gravitation towards more Princess stuff in the toy line.
Might even see a resurgence of Twilight’s chariot from S3 because all good princesses need their rides.

Gee mr. time traveler, tell us more about these things that you KNOW will come to pass because Hasbro eats babies and kicks puppies.
So she’s having an identity crisis because she didn’t get to fight the bad guy this time?…Kind of a stupid thing to get sad about.
Twilight, you aren’t the only being who can handle this stuff. You have your friends, the princesses, Discord, your older brother, an entire army all there to help or do it for you. Stop thinking you have to do everything, you already learned this lesson when dealing with Sombra.
Got me, I just want something better than Twilight’s “mini-spaz” near the ending episode of S3.
I want her to have a full on spaz fit, “I get a castle!” and have her refuse to take it. Of course, I have high doubts that will come to pass, Hasbro’s orders. Twilight will probably be overjoyed to get her castle.
That is the only explanation this episode exists.
Not a an especially bright one, I have to say.
In fact, from the TV Guide blurb:
“Twilight Sparkle isn’t feeling so great about her princess-y worth after Princess Celestia bypasses her and chooses Discord instead to track down a villain. Having identity issues is tough for any pony, but fortunately her fellow princesses are there to give her a boost.”
So it something a bit of that too. But yea, now remembering that Discord goes to stop the big bad instead of her, that helps put this song in context.
I don’t get the feeling it’s that, it’s that Twilight is still in “I don’t feel comfortable being a Princess and don’t know why this was my destiny”, and the other three singing that she does have a larger role to play if it’s not obvious now (and the anvils start falling).
