I think I’d best explain my reasoning why I responded to your initial comment about the window the way I did.
 
I felt that whoever commissioned or made those windows likely wanted to honour the Elements of the mirror Equestria. Assuming there were six of them, no doubt the creators wanted to included all six. So for all we know, Trixie herself didn’t want a stained glass representation, but they made one of her anyway because, well, you can’t just skip out on one of the group if you want to honour them.
 
Imagine if, for example, in the stained glass window of Twilight and the others defeating Nightmare Moon Fluttershy is missing because she doesn’t want to be included. Would that not severely affect the overall picture? It now looks like 5 ponies and 5 elements were involved.

what i find accidnetally genius is that it is plausible that trixie was originally just like she is in the main universe. yet she discovered the value, and power, of humility and became an alicorn.  
its kinda like what happened to twilight if yo uthink about it. she became an alicorn by learning the powe and true values of friendship, and was originally antisocial and her clsoest companions were spike and shining armor.
 
guess the big difference would be the sheer difficulty trixie would have with reigning in her pride and letting humility enter her heart.
