Agreed, it’s moving quite slow, especially over a course of months. Still cute though, and there aren’t many other pony-related diaper comics out there, especially with art this good.
I’ll still give it the benefit of the doubt. Well, so long as Dash gets her game-face on as a supportive big sister (if we’re taking their episode together into account, anyway).

Because I have to make and post art to have a valid complaint that the comics are just kind of stuck in the same spot. I actually kind of liked the little series until it started running in place. Ah well, at least the art is still good.
