Yeah, Utsuho’s cape is pretty awesome. I have to agree, she needs more stars. Funny thing is though, Trixie always reminded me of Mima in both character design and attitude, and her outfit being this magenta-ish color with lots of stars all over it makes me think of PC-98 Marisa.

Frankly, this outfit does not have enough stars. I mean, there’s a Touhou character who’s cape is an image of a moving starfield. Now THAT is what a real Trixie needs!
