Alright, you really wanna have a discussion about this on one image on the internet that doesn’t represent canon in any shape or form?
Everything is speculation, including what you or I say. My logic dictates that they’ve lived for thousands of years, and survived what would be otherwise deadly magical blasts in their life that would otherwise cut straight through lesser beings. Thus it would be safe to assume that they would not be killed by a mere sharp object, especially with armour in the way in the first place.
Or you know… they were just careful.
There’s been precisely zero indication they have regenerative capacity.

except the evidence if mounting that it would not end so well for sombra to directly fight a regal sister. seriously it sems they beat him when they were both kids………… he is powerful but the regal ssiters are stronger.

Human blood is not actually blue on the inside. The veins themselves are blue.
that’s not actually true, that’s light reflected off of the Vein not the actual blood.
De-oxygenated blood is a dull red, blood with oxygen is bright red.
kinda how our blood is blue on the inside and turns red when exposed to oxygen..weird, but plausible.
Maybe it is when inside, but separates when it hits the air.
