seriously, he is a fictional character. and i am not saying that in the since it does not matter. i mean that he does not die unless people stop writing about him or drawing him. it is not like the animatoin he was part of no longer continuing means we cannot draw or use him.
 
ironically there is not intellectual property of that sort for fan works. it sucks but seriously people, jsut draw and write stories about him. molestia too. the only way these charactes die if we stop drawing them, or if we do nothing but draw them in situations where they die like this.
