Agreed. The “old style” was much better. In particular I’m not a fan of the “new style’s” head shapes. The old style is so much cuter, not to mention, they… actually feel like Fluttershy and Discord. The new style seems to cross the uncanny valley.

Actually, it’s very easy to compare them. The cute one is great, while the “realistic” one (not a good description) simply isn’t as pleasing to the eye.

They’re both good. The first has a more cute style, whereas the newer is more realistic, so it’s hard to compare the two.
