But you assume that society would remain the same despite the introduction of this new form of reproduction ,that it would just be some cool new tool for ponies to play with and fulfill there desires separate from what evolution deemed an inherit system.The lack of Y chromosomes in this new system will lead to alterations as these new magically spawned ponies began to also reproduce lacking any Y chromosome,further diminishing its existence in the pony populace.
 
Social convections would be rewritten to account for this new method and as generations society will change to reflect these artificial births over natural ones,the role of males in society would diminish as well,and Equestrian might take an even more Amazonian turn in cultural integrity.And what to stop this device from being modified to let ponies mate with any other species?
 
If ponies are anything like humans they would breed themselves out of existence in hedonistic stupidity or a desire for the introduction of something foreign and exotic to pony.The implications are mind boggling and would probably change society so quickly and warp it out of control that to even assume that everyone would just accept it and continue life exactly the same as before is nothing short of insanity!
 
After all how many times has tiny,mundane,inventions rapidly changed human society(clotting gin, revolver,automobile) if fact I wouldn’t be surprised if such a device would change Equestria so rapidly and expansive that to have any natural birth would carry as stigma from this New pony society that has fully embraced the more “ efficient”and “effective” pony made way of creation.

Not at all. Being male wouldn’t be an evolutionary disadvantage, either. Both sexes could be considered “optional”. Besides, there would still be as many heterosexual mares as before. It’s just that the ones who aren’t would have other options.

But then wouldn’t the already minuscule male population of equestria have some sort of collapse ,after all now that they are no longer biologically needed, evolution would weed them out. And who knows what social and political implication would derive from this new lack of male need.

We’ve almost got it down in real life without the benefit of magic, and pony technology seems to have developed at approximately twice the rate of human technology, on average, over the course of their history. I estimate they’re currently on par with 1920s America. If these observations are correct and the trend holds, they’ll overtake us technologically within six or seven decades. But that’s assuming it’s not a “magic-assisted” outlier, and given the limits, or lack thereof, shown by biological magic, I’d say they’ll have it a lot sooner.
