No they didn’t, the “three years” thing about the project is one of the reasons it looked odd in the first place, it seems clear they didn’t even spend one year on this.
A comment I saw on Twitter made sense while EQD isn’t really talking about this: the more attention this gets, the more MDE’s plan “succeeds” even if it is undermining the KS part. We shouldn’t be giving this any more attention beyond telling people “don’t fucking invest in the KS”
The stupid thing is that while you can report a program on Kickstarter’s site to have to stopped or pulled down, “fraud”/“scam” is not one of the 6 reasons they let you pick. I’m sure you can email them and the like, but I wouldn’t do that even with what 4chan has pulled up - it’s evidence but not damning evidence.
