Queen Chrysalis isn’t crying. She’s the insidious queen of the swarm and does not tear up at emotional events.  
She’s totally crying.

She’s a teensy bit larger in this image than I’d imagine she was, going by the images you used for reference, but only by about half a head. A full head at most.
