This… is reminding me of that Future Henesys and Ereve segment of the game where the Maple Heroes have to go through a dystopian Henesys/Ereve to defeat the corrupted Cygus Empress and her corrupted Knights.
 
Evil Celestia and Luna can be Evil Cygnus and Shinsoo. While the evil Mane 6 can be those corrupted Knights the Empress summons.

Must be the happy and upbeat piano and flute phrases. The majority of the Maplestory music has a flute in it and I love playing the music on my flute as well.
 
I’m not sure if you’re interested to hear this anymore but I’ve read up on the Pirate Hero, normally called Eunwol in Korea but for other versions is called Shade. The “sixth” hero who sacrificed himself to create the ultimate seal for the black mage. Due to the nature of the seal, his existence is forgotten by everyone. Now he awakens in Grandis.
 
Also, there has been rumours that there are still 4 more heroes. Meaning that there will be “10 heroes” total, for all I know, I’m pretty sure those 4 remaining heroes will start with either the letters T, O, R and Y.

Even if the game itself is falling into the crappers. One thing they seem to be improving on constantly, is the music.

I love a lot of the Ludibrium area’s music.

I like all the ones that I have heard. (Ellinia, Elluel, Henesys, Perion, Boswell Field (Outside the Omega Sector) to name a few)

I could see that they are wrapping up Maplestory 1. I wonder what awaits in the second game.

Unicorns will of course be Mages, infiltrators, alchemists, and rune knights.

Come to think of it. FiM’s world looks very much like the Maple World. Henesys can easy pass off as Ponyville, Manehattan as Kerning/New Leaf City, Everfree as Sleepywood, Canterlot as Ereve, etc.
