I wasn’t talking about the “chickun face” meme, which I admit is kinda lame. (Which just seems like something used to spam this site)
However, I don’t mind the regular “Scootaloo = chicken” meme which is practically a different thing. People tend to confuse the two.
We actually haven’t seen much of the normal “chicken” gag lately, so there’s no real reason to complain about it.
But the “chickun” meme is totally lame.
I don’t think it’s that “insulting,” in fact, Scoots’ voice actress Madalyn Peters finds the “Scootaloo is a chicken” meme hilarious, and loves saying, “I’m not a chicken!” in Scoots’ voice at conventions.
I loathe that meme as well, but only when it is used deliberately to insult Scootaloo instead of being comical. This is definitely comical.
P.S.: Apple Bloom won’t let anypony snatch her fillyfriend away. Not even her other fillyfriend.
I don’t like that meme, I’m using the classic Scootaloo chicken reference.
