Oh, and this does not imply shipping, ya know, Rarity and Spike, right? so, no! xD
So stop adding the tag, people.

Think about it. Rarity just got Coco a really high-end job.
Well, they ARE teenage girls…
That’s messed-up… (And ignorant, considering the story differences.)
Doesn’t seem as bad as that story I read, where a boy and his mother went to a bookstore, and a group of girls threatened to kill him because he picked up a book entitled “Interview with a Vampire”, claiming it’s a ripoff of Twilight (despite the obvious release year difference).
Yeah, me neither, it’s obviously just meant to be comical/awkward. I assume it’s ’cause like 70% of all the pony fanart out there on the internet is ’shipping fanart. The brony fanbase seems to be just as obsessed with ’shipping as the Harry Potter, or Sonic fanbases are.
Funny story, my friend Anna told me at a “Harry Potter” book premiere party (for the “Half Blood Prince”) at her local book store, 2 girls had to be kicked out, for getting into a physical fight, because they were arguing over which female HP character Ron Weasley should be with.
Yeah, no matter how many times people try and insinuate otherwise, I’m just not seeing the shipping, especially since Rarity is obviously uncomfortable with this level of contact with Coco. And I mean uncomfortable in a ‘why is this person I just me hugging me’ way and not a repressed ‘I secretly have feelings for this mare’ way.
A bit…TOO grateful, if you ask me.
Because she’s incredibly grateful to her mentor for helping her out.
Coco: No Raritysama is MINE!
…and I cannot lie!
breastbestIt is how you see it that makes it so. Since any sort of qualifications for shipping are non-existent,the shippers can and will constantly claim it is despite it obviously being not and the authors own claim of it not being any sort of shipping material are irrelevant in the eyes of the determined who being met with any sort of opposition will simply claim that it’s their interpretation and they can see it anyway it is( in a deluded, illogical sense they are right) Since you see it as simply something cute ,then it is cute to us and since we have more conventions in our favor,we can claim with a greater certainly and backing that it is not shipping and feel satisfied with our claim.
It isn’t shipping. Pia’s very much a Sparity fan, she just likes the idea of Rarity having an apprentice. People just keep adding shipping tags because they’re not paying attention.
That was from the first one.
It’s from the first one, I’m sure.
Was that from At World’s End?
