Nope. She’s in her early 30s. Photo Finish is 21 in the series, but in Equestria Girls, she’s 18. Vinyl Scratch is 17 in the second film and 16 in the first film.
Your point is actually a valid thought that crossed my mind too. Don’t get me wrong, I’d LOVE to see my queen again, but if she’s going to be in an EQG movie… I’m not ENTIRELY sure if I’ll like how that will pan out… :/
Also, what did they do to the mane six? They look like goths wearing tramp stamps!
