It can be for kids but the appeal in the show is how it can appeal to other ages too. DHX knew how successful it can be if effort is put into it, kids show or not, and they were right.
But that’s not to say that giving a shootout to the Bronies is wrong so as the writing’s still good enough.
I get the feeling that there really are bronies that don’t want the show to be for kids anymore.
Seriously?
I honestly thought the episode was good. Why is that when something the fandom expressed like for is shown on the show itself, the gut reaction for some is to call the writer’s hacks even if the story might be good otherwise?
