She’d probably miss them along with Applejack even if neither of these episodes happened.
Pinkie has cutie-mark-switch memories of Applejack’s parents from her early days in Ponyville, or just before, getting her acquainted with farm life.
She misses them too.
True, AJ is one capable filly.
