Transwomen (MtF) are indeed women, and transmen (FtM) are indeed men.
Glitter is not 100% confirmed for being trans though (as seen in this page >>129377), he or she could be trans, or just a cross dressing boy. One day he/she might figure him/herself out, but for now it’s a bit of an unknown. That’s been the mod’s stance at least.
