Indeed, tis the best way to deal with them IMHO.
if it’s both a potential danger and an imminent threat, like that one time I woke up from a dead sleep to see a brown recluse dangling a foot away from my face, then I exterminate them with extreme prejudice, but otherwise I’ll just leave them on their way.
Rule of thumb for me, if they are deadly deadly deadly spiders, I either kill them or flee…considering how fast some are…tis not an honorable death…
the only time I’ve killed spiders is on accident, or when they jump on my face when I’m sleeping. I do also tend to vacuum their webs up if they start building them in places where they are unwanted, but I won’t disturb them if they’re not in the way.
You know you’re a spider lover when you carefully direct the water in your shower so you don’t disturb their webs (I’m guilty).
