season 3 had good episodes but it wasn’t the bad i just hope it was 26 like the 1 and 2 had

What I’d really like to see is just a simple episode. Like in S1 or S2. They didn’t have grand adventures EVERY episode in those seasons. Just happy little stories like being late for a test and overreacting or a bit of enjoyable (and natural) challenging of one another. Like the fall episode where Rainbow challenged AJ to a race. It wasn’t super obvious that they were doing this to be entertaining to the viewers, it felt more natural and with that, more special/enjoyable to watch.
 
What I’m trying to say is, it feels like they’ve been trying to force way too many things and it’s unsettling and not as fun as the show used to be.

Season three wasn’t bad because of its 13 episodes. I was actually hoping for 13 REALLY good episodes since the season was cut in half. But nah, only a couple episodes were alright. The songs were pretty fun and the animation good as ever. But… the story-line and character development was pretty iffy. They made Spike look terrible, Discord less enjoyable and overall it was a bit of a let-down.  
But, this is just my opinion.

Why does no one like S3 all that much? Is it the bitterness regarding the fact that it’s only 13 episodes? I understand that finally wasn’t all that good…but KCaFO was a pretty good episode…
