I’d argue just about any episode but Hurricane Fluttershy has him as a cruel, domestic abuser.

Angel is responsible for Fluttershy almost dying in She Talks To Angel. An element bearer would have been gone from the picture for good, which inevitably leads to the end of the world. All because Angel does not understand what Fluttershy is doing and that she is overwhelmed with her duties. Let’s just say, NONE of Fluttershy’s friends would have forgiven Angel or Zecora.

If there’s any reason to hate this brat, it’s gotta be that episode. 🤬

Angel kinda reminds me of Max from Sam and Max. Although in that, people actually like Max. Or at least the fans do.
 
And to those comparing Angel to Discord, I haven’t seen one Discord hater on here and 7 billion Angel haters.

PS: I don’t hate Angel and I actively ship Angelshy.

I loved how Angel was a cranky little shit with a good side deep down. Then “Putting Your Hoof Down” turned him into a domestic abuser…I fucking hate that episode for so many reasons…

I liked Angel in that episode. He was the one who really showed that Spike was in over his head there.  
Winona and Owlicious (I have no clue how to spell that) are the well behaved ones, Gummy just kind of sits there, Opal is fussy but at least has a checklist and Tank just has no control. All of them are manageable. Angel isn’t. Of course, the only reason he acted out a bit was just because Spike wasn’t Fluttershy and all he wanted to do was get back to her. By any means.

I can’t hate the funny douchebag.

This is coming from a Spikefan: Angel dif nothing wrong in that episode and managed to tsach Spike a valuable lesson.

He’s like her spoiled little son. He’ll grow out of it.
 
Or at least he would if rabbits lived longer than like ten years…

I only hated him in “Putting Your Hoof Down”.  
In “Just For Sidekicks” he was perfect as the main one who made Spike’s life a living Hell.
 
Angel’s a dick, but there can be times where he’s too much of a dick.
